What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a range of unit sizes to suit different needs, from 10 ft. x 8 ft. (80 sq. ft.) to 40 ft. x 8 ft. (300 sq. ft.). If you require even larger spaces, our sister company, Carlinghow Mills, has units ranging from 200 sq. ft. to an impressive 18,000 sq. ft.! Contact us for more details.

What is the minimum rental period? 

The minimum rental period is just 1 month.

Do you provide locks for the storage units? 

Yes, we provide a high security pad locks with the hire of your unit to ensure added security and convenience.

How secure are your storage facilities? 

Your belongings are safe with us. We have CCTV coverage throughout the premises, a smart access system with unique codes, gated entry with controlled access hours, and regular night patrols.

What are the access hours for the storage units? 

You have 24/7 access to your unit after your initial move-in.

How do I reserve a storage unit?

Reserving a unit is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your preferred unit size, fill out the required details, and book online Here.

What documents do I need to rent a unit?
You'll need a valid form of ID such as a passport or driver's license. Verification is handled electronically; physical copies are not required. Detailed instructions will be provided via email after booking.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept most major credit and debit cards for secure online payments. Payments are automatically charged monthly to your registered card. You can update your payment information at any time through your customer portal.

Can I move in on the same day I book? 

Same-day move-ins are often possible, subject to availability.

Are there any items that cannot be stored?

For safety reasons, we cannot store illegal or flammable items.

Do you sell packing supplies?

While we currently do not sell packing supplies, we can assist you in finding the resources you need.

How often do I need to pay rent? 

Rent is charged monthly to your registered card.

How do I update my payment information? 

Easily update your card details through your online customer portal.

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

Please inform us within the current month if you plan to move out.

What is the move-out process? 

Request a cancellation through your customer portal, and we will email you detailed instructions.

Can I get a refund for the rent if I move out mid-month?
Our minimum term is one month, so rent is charged for the entire period until the end of your billing cycle.
