Referrals - Terms and Conditions
Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- The referral program is open to all current customers with an active rental agreement.
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously signed up for Lockr Storage services.
2. Referral Code:
- Each customer will receive a unique referral code to share with potential new customers.
- The referral code must be used at the time of the new customer’s sign-up to qualify for the discount.
3. Discounts and Credits:
- Referred customers will receive a 10% discount on their first month's rent.
- Referring customers will receive a 10% credit on their account for every successful referral.
- Credits will be calculated as 10% off the referring customer's monthly billing amount, rounded to the nearest whole unit of currency.
4. Referral Limit:
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. Each successful referral will result in a 10% credit on the referring customer's account.
5. Payment and Verification:
- The referral credit for the referring customer will be applied after the referred customer completes their first payment.
- Referral discounts and credits are subject to verification and approval by Lockr Storage.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- If a customer cancels their subscription, any credits earned through the referral program will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
7. Program Duration:
- The referral program is ongoing but may be modified or terminated at any time at the discretion of Lockr Storage.
- Referral discounts and credits earned before the termination of the program will remain valid until used or expired.
8. Misuse of the Program:
- Lockr Storage reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the referral program if fraudulent activity or misuse of the program is detected.
- Referral codes should only be shared with individuals who have a genuine interest in Lockr Storage services.
9. Changes to Terms:
- Lockr Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
